I think it's fairly obvious... it's a photo of the day. Sometimes they'll represent the day, sometimes just something I saw, did, enjoyed, laughed about.

New Toothbrush
I love the feeling of a new toothbrush! So clean. And I got a steripod to keep it nice and clean.
