I think it's fairly obvious... it's a photo of the day. Sometimes they'll represent the day, sometimes just something I saw, did, enjoyed, laughed about.

Oddest Mail Ever
I opened the mailbox & had received a paperback book. I guess whatever ministry decided sending out books has so much money that they can send them out at random. So crazy.
