I think it's fairly obvious... it's a photo of the day. Sometimes they'll represent the day, sometimes just something I saw, did, enjoyed, laughed about.

Cavity Free
I had a nice visit with the Cadillac of dentists. No cavities. Clean teeth. Stared at the underwater scenes on the light over, and for a goody bag to take home.
