Extra Row of Teeth?
My sister sent me a photo today. Kian's mouth, wide open, pointing out a second row of teeth coming in along with his existing teeth.
I told her his adult teeth are likely growing in behind his baby teeth and to take him to a dentist. Not such a big deal, but a pretty cool looking photo!

I had that too! I freaked my parents out at dinner one night. I had to have the baby teeth pulled. :(
