I think it's fairly obvious... it's a photo of the day. Sometimes they'll represent the day, sometimes just something I saw, did, enjoyed, laughed about.

Coffee Poop
I think things like this are hysterical. Stolen out of someone else's Instagram feed, but brought many laughs and comments from friends and colleagues today.
